Applications in prescribed forms are invited from Indian Nationals for the following temporary technical positions on contractual basis in the Centre for Rural Technology of IIT Guwahati as detailed below :
1. Junior Technical Superintendent in the Centre for Rural Technology (Temporary Position)
No of posts: 01 (two)
Pay: Consolidated salary ₹30,000 per month with OPD medical facility at IIT Guwahati (Self only)
Age: Maximum 30 years on the last date of receipt Application Form.
Educational Qualification: B. Tech. or B.E. in either of Mechanical Engg., Civil Engg, Chemical Engg or M.Sc. in either of Chemistry, Biotechnology.
2. Junior Technician in the Centre for Rural Technology (Temporary Position)
No of posts: 01 (One)
Pay: Consolidated salary ₹20,000 per month with OPD medical facility at IIT Guwahati (Self only)
Age: Maximum 27 years on the last date of receipt Application Form.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in either of Chemistry, Biotechnology or Diploma in either of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
How to apply: Application forms are to be sent in a sealed enveloped superscribing “Application for the post of ………………, Centre for Rural Technology” to the Interim Registrar, IIT Guwahati, Guwahati – 781039 which should reach the Institute latest by 31.07.2019.
Prescribed application forms are obtainable from IITG website www.iitg.ernet.in or www.iitg.ac.in. Incomplete applications or application without self-attested copies of certificates or received after the last date are liable to rejection.
